Privacy Policy

CreatorFlow 1906 (“CreatorFlow,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides a web-based workspace that helps creators prepare original video content, generate and edit timed subtitles, render captioned video, connect an authorized TikTok account, view permitted account information, and choose when to upload or publish content. This policy explains what information is handled when you use the service.

1. Information you provide

We store the account email address, display name, password-derived security data, active sessions, project records, and publishing history needed to operate your private workspace. We also process videos you select, speech-derived transcripts, subtitle timing and style choices, word-level timings, accepted cuts, edit revisions, saved style templates, generated cover images, post captions and publishing settings you enter, disclosure choices, and messages submitted through our support form. Support requests include the email address, topic, and message you provide.

2. TikTok information

After you explicitly authorize CreatorFlow through TikTok Login Kit, TikTok may provide an access token, refresh token, account identifier, granted scopes, profile details, account statistics, and recent public-video metadata. Depending on the permissions you grant, profile data can include display name, username, avatar, profile link, biography, verification status, follower and following counts, likes, and public video count.

3. How information is used

To authenticate your authorized TikTok connection.
To display your permitted profile, statistics, and recent public videos.
To recognize speech, create an editable timed transcript, and render subtitles into a video you request.
To suggest possible pauses or repeated phrases for your review, save editing projects, and generate only the cuts and layouts you confirm.
To load account-specific publishing controls supplied by TikTok.
To upload a video only after your express confirmation.
To show processing and publication status.
To prevent abuse, troubleshoot the service, and respond to support requests.

4. Data sharing

CreatorFlow processes selected video on our infrastructure for the recognition or rendering action you start. CreatorFlow sends the final content and required post settings to TikTok only when you start a TikTok upload. We use hosting and infrastructure providers to operate the website. We do not sell personal information or TikTok user data, and we do not use TikTok data for unrelated advertising profiles.

5. Tokens and security

TikTok client secrets and user tokens are handled on the server side. Passwords are stored only as salted, computationally derived hashes. Login sessions use random server-validated tokens in secure, HTTP-only cookies, and TikTok tokens are encrypted at rest. Account, project, and publishing records are separated by user identifier. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we apply reasonable technical controls and limit data access to the service functions that require it.

6. Retention and deletion

The speech editor saves your original video, transcript, editing revisions and generated exports in your private project. Projects have a limited retention period, currently seven days, with the expiry date and storage allowance shown in the editor. Expired projects are automatically removed. Download files you want to keep before expiry. You can delete a saved video project and its files from the editor at any time; this does not delete a TikTok post. Saved style templates remain until you delete them or your account. The separate subtitle-only editor keeps its original session-only behavior: its processing files are removed after each request. Historical project records and publishing status remain in your workspace until you remove the record or delete your account. TikTok tokens remain encrypted on the server so the connection can continue across your signed-in sessions. Selecting “Disconnect TikTok” asks TikTok to revoke the active token and deletes the stored connection. Selecting “Delete my account” permanently removes your CreatorFlow profile, sessions, saved video projects, templates, project records, publishing history, and stored TikTok authorization. Support messages are retained only as long as reasonably necessary to answer the request, maintain security records, and meet legal obligations. You may request deletion through the support page.

7. Your choices

You may decline requested TikTok permissions, stop using the service, disconnect TikTok in CreatorFlow, or revoke CreatorFlow directly in TikTok’s app-permission settings. You may remove project records from the workspace or delete your account from Account & privacy without contacting support. CreatorFlow does not publish without an affirmative action and required consent.

8. Children

CreatorFlow is not directed to children under 13, or a higher minimum age where local law requires it. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Changes and contact

We may update this policy as the product or legal requirements change. The effective date will be revised when material updates are posted. Privacy and data requests can be submitted through our public support form.
